Charcoal drawing of Hay. I set out to create a drawing that captured the movement of wind blowing through a hay field.  I was concentrating on movement and a sense of vitality, the energy of the moment. I wanted to capture the feeling of lying in the long grass at the end of the summer and being very present with the world all around. The vitality of being alive.
